All students wear the approved uniform, which provides an identity, and instils a sense of pride in the school.

Most of the St Francis School uniforms can be purchased through the school office. This includes the Pinafore, Polo Shirts, Polar Fleece, Dress, Culottes, Trousers, Shorts, Sports Shorts, and Sun hat. The remaining items (Socks, tights, shoes, sandals) can be purchased at any shop in town.

 

Girls Winter Uniform 

  • Royal blue check pinafore.
  • Royal blue polo shirt monogrammed with school emblem.
  • Royal blue polar fleece monogrammed with school emblem.
  • White socks or navy tights.
  • All black low cut shoes.

Boys Winter Uniform

  • Royal blue polo shirt monogrammed with school emblem.
  • Grey shorts.

  • Black socks.
  • Grey trousers.
  • All black low cut shoes.

Girls and Boys Sports Uniform

  • Black school shorts.
  • Whanau house colour t-shirt (Green, Red, Blue or Yellow).
  • Royal blue polar fleece monogrammed with school emblem.
  • Sports shoes.
  • White socks.

Girls Summer Uniform

  • Summer dress or culottes.
  • Royal blue polo shirt monogrammed with school emblem to be worn with culottes.
  • Royal blue hat monogrammed with school emblem.
  • Black sandals.

Boys Summer Uniform

  • Royal blue polo shirt monogrammed with school emblem.
  • Grey shorts.
  • ​Black sandals.
  • Royal blue hat monogrammed with school emblem.

Misc

  • Hair: If hair-bands, clips, ties or ribbons are worn, they must be Royal blue or black. Pupils with long hair must have it securely tied back. Hair should be of a natural colour.
  • Jewellery: No jewellery except a simple religious or culturally significant item.
  • Pierced Ears: Only studs to be worn.
